2. Regional Sales Manager/Sales Engineer

 Job Description

• Provide technical industrial sales support to OEM customers, and should be able to interface effectively with technical customer base, and perform application engineering service for customer
• Build and maintain senior level relationships with customers  in the region
  New account development - Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans to ensure growth and quota objectives are achieved
• Coordinate the sales effort at targeting customers in designated industry
• Identify, monitor and provide timely and accurate forecasts of sales opportunities and pipelines
• Collaborate with marketing teams in the development of marketing plans to increase awareness of focus products

Qualifications

• 5+ years field sales experience and engineering/technical application experience in motion control industry
• Superior written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to deliver a persuasive business message/presentation to OEM customers
• Electrical Engineering background will be a plus
• Product Knowledge in gearmotor/brushless/coreless/servo/Control/Drive/VFD products will be preferred
• Well developed business judgment and the ability to work independently
• Must be able to handle multi-tasks and efficient enough to get done by the assigned deadline
• Must be self-starter with excellent time management skills
