Industrial Applications

Our servo motors are rated for heavy-duty construction. With high precision, a rapid response, and compact size, you can easily transport and rely on your servo motor to get the job done. Whether you need it to work for you in labeling machines or in semiconductor manufacturing, our servo motors are great for industrial applications.

Specialized Motor

Because servo motors have high precision and rapid response, these specialized motors can work in many situations. The accuracy you can get with rotation angle and speed control makes working with servo motors very helpful and allows you to apply them to various applications, such as the ones mentioned below.

Servo Motors FAQ

AC servo motors use an electric outlet and depend on frequency and voltage to produce power. They can handle high surges, which often occur with industrial machines. DC servo motors use batteries and depend only on voltage to supply power. They use a small BLDC motor, often in small electronic devices such as computers and controlled machinery.
A servo motor works as rotary or linear actuators rotate and push machine parts. They produce torque and velocity based on the current and voltage supplied through a closed-loop system.
AC servo motors can be used in various applications and are easy to transport, program, and use. What makes them especially great is that they have high efficiency and output power (relative to their size), making them ideal for numerous applications for high-importance machinery. Not only are they quiet, but they are also highly reliable and precise, allowing for high accuracy in their use.
The difference between servo and stepper motors comes down to the motor’s torque, speed, and control. Stepper motors are beginning to get replaced by servo motors because you get a lot more value in terms of these specific characteristics, which are exceptionally important when it comes to fine motor movements, such as those in industrial applications. A more distinctive difference is that stepper motors have 50-100 pole brushless motors, whereas servo motors only have 4-12 poles.
