Power roof ventilators
Dual shaft constant torque EC Motors provide improved efficiency and reduced energy consumption for power roof ventilators, offering constant speed and constant torque. The speed range goes up to 3600 RPM, which is very powerful to ensure constant airflow.
Centrifugal blowers
Dual shaft motors can have an encoder to one shaft of the motor, which allows you to monitor the monitor speed. You can adjust monitor speed as required if there are pressure changes in the system.
Furnaces
TorqueSet Dual Shaft EC Motors have less friction, which creates less heat and energy consumption to operate the furnace. It can provide 90% efficiency and is thermally protected to ensure the safety of the electrical components in the furnace.
Heat pumps
Dual shaft constant torque EC Motors are ideal for heating up cold spaces and cooling down warm spaces throughout the building because of their efficiency. One notable advantage of these motors is the convenience of adjusting their settings through onboard connectors. This feature allows for easy customization and fine-tuning of motor parameters, ensuring precise control over heating and cooling operations.
Evaporators
Dual shaft EC Motors give you more options for your unique applications and produce less friction or noise for the evaporator. You can mount an encoder to monitor motor speed in the evaporator or mount a brake or hall sensor to create a closed-loop speed control system. Moreover, dual shaft constant torque EC Motors come equipped with safety features to protect both the motor and the entire HVAC system.
Condensing units
You can drive 2 different applications on either side of the constant torque EC motor, giving you more options to use the TorqueSet Dual Shaft component.
Fan coil units
The TorqueSet Dual Shaft component lowers the overall energy consumption and improves the efficiency of the system. It offers 90% efficiency, which means most of the energy from the fan coil unit is heating or cooling the indoor air.
Air handlers
TorqueSet Dual Shaft motors are lightweight, energy efficient, and have lower maintenance costs and efforts compared to PSC motors.
Belt-driven applications
The integrated onboard controls make it easy to continuously monitor motor functions and automatically adjust control inputs as required to maintain high efficiency.
Propeller fans
Dual shaft EC Motors achieve a more uniform temperature distribution with their speed control.
Air conditioners
Constant torque EC Motors lower the total electrical consumption of the AC unit. It helps the air conditioner maintain proper airflow throughout the system, cooling the air as needed and adjusting to pressure changes.
